The new Emissions and Climatic Test Facility was opened in 2014 offering 2 vehicle test cells; one 2WD ambient and one 4WD climatic, emissions measurement equipment, multiple ambient and cold soak bays, a large vehicle workshop, testing cells and client office space.
In 2018, our sister division Integral Powertrain, now Helix, committed a £3million investment into the facility bringing Cell 2 up to date with a new 520kW 4WD Chassis Dyno. In addition, the investment included all new Horiba measurement equipment, and a custom-build climatic environment control system to bring the facility up to current and future worldwide testing standards.
Our facility is open to OEM’s, Tier One suppliers, and engineering consultancies. We operate a quality system certified to ISO 9001:2015 and are on course to achieve VCA accreditation. Our team are ready to answer any testing enquiry you have.
